ONLINE INTERNATIONAL PREPARATION COURSE FOR THE EFP EXAMINATION
Do you want to enrich your resume as a performer or teacher with a new certification known all over the world?
Do you want to attend a course that focuses on voice control regardless of musical genre or singing or acting style?
Do you want to explore all the possibilities of your voice from a mechanical point of view and master very different sounds?
Then this course can do for you.
SUITABLE FOR: singers, actors, singing teachers, acting/spoken voice teachers, and speech therapists. Additionally, anyone who is NOT yet in possession of an Estill certification and wants to start the certification process either to stop at the EFP or to continue with the EMT can participate.
LEVEL: both beginner and advanced. Anyone NOT yet in possession of an Estill certification.
WHAT ESTILL IS NEEDED FOR:
All Estill exercises, including work on vocal qualities, can be applied both to the singing voice and to the spoken voice.
EVT can teach actors and singers to improve the effectiveness of vocal production, better manage the effort of performance, optimize muscle work and the role of breathing, extending the vocal range, vary the tones based on the character or style, lighten or darken the voice, clean it or “dirty” it, increase or eliminate the nasalization to “characterize” a character, increase the projection, audibility and volume of the voice, control all the structures that contribute to the production of vowels and consonants in order to work on a more conscious diction and easily master the accents of different languages, of different dialects (and sociolects), and much more.
COURSE DELIVERY: ONLINE
CLOSED NUMBER. VERY LIMITED PLACES.
WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES: 40 hours of online lessons in small groups; video recording of lessons available for watching throughout the course. Assistance with booking procedures and exam procedures. Up to 3 checks a week via chat, email, 1 on 1 online meetings, or live recordings (short messages or meetings not exceeding 10 minutes).
CERTIFICATION: Subject to passing the exam.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE:
During the 20 meetings that last 2 hours each, the EVT Figures for Control of Voice and the Estill Voice Qualities will be explored, focusing in particular on the tasks to be performed to pass the EFP certification exam.
The EFP exam is reserved only for those who have attended at least one official Estill Level 1 and 2 course. Each lesson of this course is in fact accompanied by a brief theoretical explanation of anatomy, physiology, introduction to the exercise, and application of the topics to the performance and to speech therapy. However, the work will focus on effective tools and focused feedback useful for passing the practical EFP certification exam, which can only take place after attending the level 1 and 2 (in-person) course. WHAT IS THIS COURSE: A course aimed at preparing the EFP exam based on EVT training. The mastery of the voice and the muscular control regardless of the aesthetic needs are the basis of the preparation.
WHAT THIS COURSE IS NOT: A course in singing, acting, or diction. If you are interested in a course of this type, then consult other courses or subscribe to the newsletter because certainly courses will be activated if they are not yet available.

Wednesday, June 5th, 7:00 pm (HONG KONG time: GMT + 8/HKT)/1pm (EUROPE time: GMT +1/CEST)/ 12pm-noon (UK time: GMT)

Every Wednesday for 20 weeks, excluding August. (dates may be changed in case of holidays or unexpected unavailability of the teachers on the established dates)

REQUIREMENTS:
– Internet connection higher than 5.5 Mb /s in download,
– Attendance of 70% of the lessons,
– Estill Voiceprint software, available for purchase on the Estill website.
FEE:
OPTION 1 (down payment + 1 instalment):
13,000HK$ (2,000HK$ down payment + 11,000HK$) if the down payment is paid before the 15th of May.
15,000HK$ (4,000HK$ down payment + 11,000HK$) if the down payment is paid after the 15th of May.
OPTION 2: (down payment + 5 instalments 2,800HK$ each):
16,000HK$ (2,000HK$ down payment + 14,000HK$ in 5 instalments 2,800HK$ each) if the down payment is paid before the 15th of May
18,000HK$ (4,000HK$ down payment + 14,000HK$ in 5 instalments 2,800HK$ each) if the down payment is paid after the 15th of May
HOW TO REGISTER: Registration is finalised in 2 steps:
STEP 1: Free registration on the EVI – Estill Voice International website at this link, by clicking on “REGISTER WITH EVI: STEP 1”.
STEP 2: Payment of a 4000 HK$ (2000 HK$ if paid by the 15th of May) down payment; you can pay the deposit at the bottom of this page. The rest of the fee will be invoiced separately according with the number of intallments chosen.
The costs include: Lessons, interpreter, recordings of lessons that can be viewed during the entire duration of the course, quick checks via chat, email, 1 on 1 online meetings, or live recordings, virtual connection platform, assistance in booking the exam /the exam has a separated cost, approximately 2,500HKD).
The costs DO NOT include: The Estill Voiceprint software to be purchased independently, the exam fee to be agreed with for the examiner.

THE COURSE IS PRESENTED BY FRANCESCO MECORIO AND TWO ADDITIONAL TEACHERS:
ONELIA SOLDINI – EMT (ESTIL MASTER TRAINER)
Onelia Soldini trained artistically as a singer at Siena Jazz (under the guidance of Fabrizia Barresi), simultaneously studying Opera and Musical Theater with Nemi Bertagni, Stephen Woodbury and Faye Nepon.
She combines her concert activity (Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland) with her teaching activity, collaborating with various music schools (public and private) teaching both children and adults.
In 2011 she earned the EMT (Estill Master Trainer) certification from Estill Voice, under the direct guidance of M. Elisa Turlà.
From 2012 to 2015 she studied with Anne Marie Speed.
Since 2015 she has actively collaborated with Kaeylea B. VanKeith and Tracy Ryan for the project “Sisters!” (original musical).
Since 2018 she has collaborated with the Music Generation Foundation (Dublin).
She later dedicated herself to vocal teaching (technique and repertoire) of musical theatre. Since 2017 she has taught singing at the ICMT (International College of Musical Theatre), becoming Head of Musical Theater (ICMT Rome) and Head of Singing (ICMT).
BELINDA MICHAIL – EMT (ESTILL MASTER TRAINER)
Belinda Mikhaïl won the Associated Board and the Queen Mother Scholarships to study piano and singing as a joint first study at the Royal College of Music where she won the Hopkinson Gold Medal for her final recital. Since graduating she has travelled extensively performing both as a soloist and as a chamber musician and has appeared as a concerto soloist at the major London Concert Halls.
She has made numerous recordings for Sony BMG and Universal and is a vocal soloist on EMI’s Vocalise album as used in trailers for ER, Lost and Grey’s Anatomy. She appears as the featured soloist on many film soundtracks and her solo piano playing of the theme from Chariots of Fire was heard at every medal ceremony at the London Olympic Games.
Belinda is also in demand as a vocal coach for classical, pop and rock singers and runs an extensive private teaching practice. She has trained performers as diverse as Siouxsie Sioux, Jennifer Ellison, Jack Garrett, Cathy Tyson, the Oscar-winning actress Juliette Binoche, as well as the world-renowned dancer Akram Khan. Her students are enjoying major roles in theatre companies up and down the country as well as hit TV series’ such as Downton Abbey, Broadchurch and The Crown.
Belinda’s work as an adjudicator has seen her travel extensively. Most recently she was invited to Trinidad and Tobago where she adjudicated their month long biennial Music Festival.
